Two preambles delineate the international event of “The Modigliani Institut Archives Légales Paris-Rome”. It is the first time, in fact, that the “The Modigliani Institut Archives Légales Paris-Rome” brings to Russia the documents of Amedeo Modigliani, and the first time that introduces the interactive technology, with the purpose to popularize it, in the famous Pushkin Museum in Moscow, thanks to the cooperation with the company Accenture. A participation that confirms the role of the scientific spreader of the “The Modigliani Institut Archives Légales Paris-Rome” in the world, concerning the life and work of Amedeo Modigliani.
The occasion is given by the exhibition “Meeting Modigliani” currently taking place at the The Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts di Mosca up to June the 17th 2007. The exhibition has been organized by the prestigious museum to narrate the relationship between Amedeo Modigliani and Anna Achmatova, the Russian poetess whom the artist had known in Montparnasse in 1910.
